You have talented people in your team, but you feel they’re not yet entirely ready to take the next step. We can come in for a defined timeframe to help your people, either in a mentoring approach sharing experiences around certain topics or in a more strict coaching approach. We can do this on an individual basis as well as for your IT Management Teams.

- Experience
An IT executive with experience on the IT supplier side as well as on the corporate IT side, who has worked and lived in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. Worked at Pink Elephant, adidas Group and Alshaya Group over a 30+ year period in a multitude of roles. My core strengths are translating strategy into execution and then, in close collaboration with our business partners, assembling cross-functional and international teams who deliver towards a clearly defined common goal. My experience covers customer facing digital (omni-channel) and online trading solutions, backbone applications as well as infrastructure and (mobile) workplace solutions. I relate well with people from different backgrounds. My style is perceived as open, non-hierarchical and high energy.
